Almond Butter Banana Pancakes
These can be on the breakfast table within minutes, and 100 percent NATURAL ingredients.
Makes 1 serving (4 med pancakes)
- 1 smashed banana
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 Tbsp natural almond or peanut butter
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of cinnamon
Preheat griddle to Med/High temp
Combine the following ingredients very well with a fork in a small bowl:Pour 1/4 cup per pancake onto heated griddle prepared with coconut oil.
Flip once there are visible bubbles on top of the pancakes.
They can burn easily, so keep an eye on them.
Serve with fresh raspberries, and another Tbsp drizzled, melted almond butter
