A LOVELY Summertime Breakfast that’s quick, clean and SO fresh!Avocado Heirloom Tomato Toast Instructions


  • 2-3 Tbsps high quality ricotta cheese
  • 2 slices of rye, or Ezekiel bread
  • ½ ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 ripe organic tomatoes, mixed colors, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp toasted pine nuts
  • Fresh basil leaves to garnish

Healthy Avocado Heirloom Tomato Toast Food Prep


Spread the ricotta cheese equally over the toasted bread.

Top with slices of avocado and tomato, then season with sea salt and pepper to your taste.

Sprinkle with pine nuts and a few fresh baby basil leaves.
