Breakfast Papaya Boats

Makes 2 servings


  • 1 medium papaya, ripe
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup homemade/organic granola
  • 1 passion fruit, cut in half and scoop out the seeds
  • 1/4 mango, peeled and diced
  • fresh mint to garnish 
  • raw honey to drizzle/optional

Creative Breakfast Papaya Boats Instructions


Slice papaya in half lengthwise.

Spoon out seeds and scrape away just a bit create a small bowl.

Fill each side equally with yogurt, fruits and granola.
