Clean Eating Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Oven Roasted Cauliflower

My favorite Dinnertime side + my absolute FAVORITE way to prepare it! Oven Roasted Cauliflower IngredientsMakes about 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. cauliflower, about 1 medium-large head, trimmed and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • Extra virgin olive oil, or avocado oil, to coat
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Eat Clean Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. Line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.

Slice cauliflower into 1/4 inch-thick slices and lay it on the baking sheet.

Drizzle just enough olive oil to coat (a few teaspoons). Season generously with sea salt and pepper.

Flip the cauliflower slices on the other side and repeat.

Bake, turning once, until caramelized on edges and tender, about 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve hot and enjoy!
