A quick Autumn breakfast, or energy snack idea – Loaded with Nutrition!Best Pumpkin Pie Smoothie BowlsMakes 2 servings/bowls

Ingredients:

  • 2 small frozen, sliced bananas 
  • 1 cup all natural pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsps almond butter
  • 2 Tbsps raw honey, or pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Topping ideas:

  • fresh berries,
  • chopped pecans
  • banana slices
  • granola

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowls Healthy Recipe

Instructions:

Place all ingredients except toppings in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into two bowls and top with desired toppings.
