Cobb Salad On-a-Stick

Quick – Portable – Fun dinner tonight! 

➡️   Rachel’s Tips:

I had pre grilled chicken breast waiting in the fridge, along with previously boiled eggs. 

This makes it simple to throw these together! 

Also, you CAN find nitrate-free ham & bacon. I love #Applegate brand.

We do not eat ham more than once every few months.

The chunks of iceberg lettuce were a hit with the kids tonight!

Makes about 4 servings

Ingredients: 

Dressing:

4 tablespoons all-natural buttermilk
5 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 tsp dried/freeze dried dill
1/2 tsp dried/freeze dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried/freeze dried chives
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
sometimes I also add a drop of fresh lemon juice, white vinegar, OR all natural crumbled blue cheese

Instructions: 

    Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.
