Crab Salad Lettuce Cups

{Simple-CLEAN Party Food!}

serves 4 as an appetizer 


  • 8 oz chilled fresh lump Crabmeat
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes – halved
  • 2 small avocados – diced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh Chives
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of 1 small lemon
  • sea salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients gently.

Fill romaine or butter lettuce leaves
