Hummus for Fall Parties!

The little pumpkins are sliced carrot rounds placed on toothpicks with little green onion slices on the tops.


  • 1-15 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed(garbanzo beans) OR 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 2 Tbsp Tahini (ground sesame seeds)
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, or avocado oil
  • 4 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice.
  • 2 Tbsp ice cold water
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • Sea salt to taste


Place everything in a food processor, process until smooth and creamy.
