#Lunch idea for a fast, SIMPLE, nutritionally packed, and so completely delicious salad!

Organic Spring Green Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Organic spring greens
  • a few drops of extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar (about half 1 tsp each)
  • fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
  • Pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • 1 small sliced Avocado
  • red onion to taste
  • can of tuna fish mixed with lemon juice + fresh dill weed.
  • Add a sprinkle of raw pine nuts

Pine Nuts for Organic Tuna Salad

Instructions:

Toss in a few drops of extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, fresh squeezed lemon juice, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Add sliced avocado, red onion, tuna fish mixed with lemon juice + fresh dill weed.

Add a sprinkle of raw pine nuts.
