Jessica Lost 36 Pounds with the Clean Eating Challenge
We connected with Jessica, who shared her story with us last September when she lost 15 pounds with the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge! Here we are a year later, with an exciting update interview! To date, Jessica has lost 36 pounds and continues to thrive in the Clean Eating Lifestyle.
Hi Jessica! Thanks for sharing your story with us today!
Jessica: I’m excited! It’s been an incredible journey so far!
How long have you been following Rachel and CleanFoodCrush for now?
Jessica: for a little over a year now!
Have you been following the plans since your last update in September?
Jessica: I use many of the recipes as a guide and for inspiration. The biggest thing I’ve taken from the plan is WHAT TO AVOID. It’s funny all of the little things we don’t realize are keeping us from reaching our goals. The 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge just cleared out all of the roadblocks for me.
What kind of results have you seen since then?
Jessica: So many! I’ve experienced more weight loss, clearer skin, stronger hair, more energy, and mood improvement.
Have you lost weight? If so, how much?
Jessica: Yes, I’ve 36 lbs! Below are my before and after photos! 🙂
How is your energy these days?
Jessica: It’s great! I notice if I do have some sugar as a “cheat” it makes me feel groggy the next day.
Have you noticed an improvement in your skin, sleep, overall health?
Jessica: Yes, yes, and yes! Overall, I experience life in a healthier body. The benefits are too many to count.
What are your favorite features of CleanFoodCrush and the 30 Day Clean Eating Challenge?
Jessica: One of my favorite features is all of the creative twists in the recipes! It’s so different from any other program out there because it never feels like being on a diet.
What keeps you inspired and motivated?
Jessica: Feeling this great is all of the inspiration and motivation I need!
Have any of your family or friends been inspired to join you on this journey?
Jessica: I have definitely inspired some friends and family. Many people ask me what types of food I eat and I’ll refer them to CleanFoodCrush!
How has your life changed since you last shared an update with us?
Jessica: I have integrated Clean Eating into almost every food choice I make. It makes me feel great knowing I am more conscious of what my family and I eat. It feels like second nature now.
Knowing what you know now, and having so much experience with Clean Eating, what would you tell your younger self?
Jessica: I would tell myself to always finish what I started. We give up too easy sometimes, but it’s true – with consistency and commitment to the plan, this program really works.
Are there any words of encouragement or wisdom that you wish everyone had at the beginning of their journey?
Jessica: Everyone has the ability with a strong will. Never. Give. Up! No matter how many times you’ve tried and failed, keep going. You can do this!
