Cleanest, Easiest, Yummiest, Peanut Butter Cookies

Keep plenty of these in the freezer!

They taste great frozen.

Sometimes I even serve them warm, along side a scoop of banana “ice cream” (frozen chopped bananas, blended until ice cream consistency)


{Preheat oven to 350 degrees f}

Clean Peanut Cookies


  • 1 banana mashed very well (use a VERY firm banana…if your banana is mushy or brown, these will not work)
  • 6 Tbs. Natural peanut butter (DO NOT use the oily parts of the nut butters)
  • 2 Tbs. Natural almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg – You may add sweetener of choice, I like these cookies without anything else added, but some have said they need it ( a few drops of stevia, raw honey, or pure maple syrup)

{That’s it! No sugar! No grain!}


Mix ingredients well using a fork S

coop by rounded Tbsp onto greased cookie sheet

Press down with fork.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 12 minutes… watch them carefully!
