Red Berry Green Smoothie Prep Packs

Here’s a FUN holiday spin on our favorite Smoothie Prep Packs!

- 1 heaping cup fresh organic baby spinach
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup fresh or frozen organic raspberries
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
FREEZE these bags for future use, use within 2-4 weeks.
Pull one freezer bag out if the freezer, then add to the blender 1 cup Greek yogurt, well chilled, 1.5 cups pure pomegranate juice, well chilled, and 3-4 ice cubes.
In a blender, combine the frozen ingredients with the yogurt and pomegranate juice.
Puree until smooth. Add additional liquid if necessary, or desired.
Pour the smoothie into four tall glasses and serve immediately.
These little smoothie packs are SUPER quick and easy for those “super busy, don’t have time to cook but gotta stick to my Clean Eating goals” moments!
