Here’s a NEW variation for you to serve at your next BBQ. This salad is surprisingly simple + super satisfying.

So many flavor pops , and perfect cucumber crunch. I’m excited for you to try it!

Creative Tangy Sesame Cucumber Healthy Salad RecipesMakes 3-4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 large English cucumbers, thinly sliced, I like to leave the peel on
  • 2-3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsps sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped raw peanuts

Clean Salad Recipe Tangy Sesame Cucumber

Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • a pinch of sea salt

Eat Clean Tangy Sesame Cucumber Salad

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients. Refrigerate until serving.

Place all the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

Just before serving add in the dressing and toss gently to combine.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
