Healthy Berries & Pineapple Yogurt Parfait

This yummy parfait is a delicious breakfast idea and a great source of probiotics and only uses natural sugars!

These would also be fun in jars or sent to school in Tupperware for school lunches.

Berries pineapple yogurt parfait dessert

Makes 2-3 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3-4 Tbsps raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple to pulse,
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple, chopped for garnish
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • Fresh mint to garnish

Clean berries pineapple yogurt parfait recipe

Instructions:

Place 1/2 cup pineapple, vanilla and honey in a food processor and pulse for about 2 minutes, until you have a smooth puree. Mix the puree with yogurt.

Pour the yogurt parfait in wine or dessert glasses, add chopped pineapple, berries and garnish with mint.
